Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 6 cups cooked couscous, prepared with chicken broth
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 bottle italian salad dressing
Recipe
- 1 allow couscous to cool slightly.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 chill and serve.
- 4 amazingly delicious!
