- 3 cups carrots, rings blanched
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 3 radishes, sliced
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- italian dressing
- lettuce
- 3 spring onions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine carrots, cucumber, radishes & onion rings.
- 2 add dressing & toss lightly, season to taste.
- 3 place in a lettuce lined bowl and garnish with spring onions.
