Chris's Special Roast Lamb Leg

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 1/2 kg leg of lamb
  • 250 g oyster sauce
  • 1 dash pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 3 sprigs fresh coriander
  • mixed italian herbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 large onions, minced

Recipe

  • 1 mix all seasoning ingredients well and ensure the entire lamb leg is well-coated with the entire mixture.
  • 2 marinate overnight and bake for 2 hours at 180c (according to preference).
