Bean Cheese Herb Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups black-eyed peas
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 beat on high eggs and beans til mostly smooth
- 2 add in rest except cheese, blend.
- 3 stir in cheese.
- 4 put into 8 muffins cups.
- 5 bake 350 for about 20-25 minutes.
- 6 until knife comes out clean.
