Ingredients

- 1 passion fruit, halved and pulp removed
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
- 25 ml gin
- 25 ml vermouth
- 3 ice cubes, to serve
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- 2 double strain into a martini glass and decorate with the passion fruit slice.
