Blending Buccatini

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 g pasta (buccatini or spaghetti)
  • 1 (400 g) can tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs

Recipe

  • 1 cook buccatini al dente. set aside.
  • 2 in a pan heat olive oil.
  • 3 add tomatoes, italian herbs, cayenne and black pepper.
  • 4 cook until it's bubbling.
  • 5 mix thoroughly with pasta.
  • 6 serve with cheese.
  • 7 enjoy.
