- 1 cucumber
- 4 tablespoons fat-free italian salad dressing
Recipe
- 1 peel cucumber and slice.
- 2 "de-gut" center of cucumber to take away seeds and 'mushy' part.
- 3 put cucumber slices in bowl and pour fat free italian dressing on top.
- 4 best if chilled overnight, but can be eaten right away.
