Bending Bucatini

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 300 g bucatini pasta or 300 g spaghetti
  • 1 (400 g) can kidney beans
  • 1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese or 100 g cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta al dente.
  • 2 set aside.
  • 3 in a pan heat olive oil.
  • 4 add kidneybeans and tomatoes.
  • 5 cook until bubbling.
  • 6 add herbs, cayenne pepper and black pepper to your liking.
  • 7 serve tomatoe, pepper mixture first on plate.
  • 8 top with pasta and cheese.
