Creamy Potato Salad

Ingredients

- 1 lb red potatoes, unpeeled, in chunks
- 1/4 cup zesty italian dressing
- 1/4 cup miracle whip
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 egg, hard boiled, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
Recipe
- 1 cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain.
- 2 rinse with cold water until cooled, drain again.
- 3 mix dressings, mustard, and pepper to taste in a large bowl.
- 4 add potatoes, egg, and onions.
- 5 mix lightly and cover.
- 6 refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
