Cindi's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 3 -5 dashes pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 -2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3 -5 dashes paprika
  • 7 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • cooked spaghetti
  • parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a dutch oven or large stock pot, brown ground beef, onion, green peppers;drain off fat.
  • 2 add the remaining ingredients.
  • 3 cook over low heat until heated through.
  • 4 serve with cooked spaghetti and parmesan cheese.
  • 5 note: i'm not sure of prep time and cooking time;from start to finish.
