Cindi's Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 3 -5 dashes pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 -2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 -5 dashes paprika
- 7 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- cooked spaghetti
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a dutch oven or large stock pot, brown ground beef, onion, green peppers;drain off fat.
- 2 add the remaining ingredients.
- 3 cook over low heat until heated through.
- 4 serve with cooked spaghetti and parmesan cheese.
- 5 note: i'm not sure of prep time and cooking time;from start to finish.
