- 4 -6 chicken breasts
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 12 ounces chopped stewed tomatoes (1 can)
- 8 ounces low-fat italian salad dressing (1/2 small bottle)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in the crock-pot and cook all day on low.
