Chicken And Fettuccini Alfredo

  • 2 -4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 -4 slices mozzarella cheese (1 slice per chicken breast)
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
