Chicken And Fettuccini Alfredo

- 2 -4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 -4 slices mozzarella cheese (1 slice per chicken breast)
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
