Easy Swiss Fondue

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large garlic clove, cut in half
  • 1 cup dry wine
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 lb natural swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • french bread cubes or italian bread cubes

Recipe

  • 1 rub inside of fondue pot with garlic and discard.
  • 2 in fondue pot, simmer wine.
  • 3 blend in soup.
  • 4 combine cheese and cornstarch.
  • 5 stir into soup.
  • 6 heat tilll cheese is melted.
  • 7 stir on occasion.
  • 8 serve with bread cubes.
