Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove, cut in half
- 1 cup dry wine
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 lb natural swiss cheese
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- french bread cubes or italian bread cubes
Recipe
- 1 rub inside of fondue pot with garlic and discard.
- 2 in fondue pot, simmer wine.
- 3 blend in soup.
- 4 combine cheese and cornstarch.
- 5 stir into soup.
- 6 heat tilll cheese is melted.
- 7 stir on occasion.
- 8 serve with bread cubes.
