Chicken Marsala Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons dried mushroom soup mix
- 2 tablespoons wondra flour
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 3 tablespoons marsala wine
- 1 cup shredded italian cheese blend
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken into 1 inch chunks.
- 2 in casserole dish, combine broth, chicken, mushrooms, rice, soup mix, flour and wine.
- 3 top with cheese and cover.
- 4 bake at 400°f for 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and cheese is bubbly.
