Chicken Marsala Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons dried mushroom soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons wondra flour
  • 1 1/2 cups minute rice
  • 3 tablespoons marsala wine
  • 1 cup shredded italian cheese blend

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken into 1 inch chunks.
  • 2 in casserole dish, combine broth, chicken, mushrooms, rice, soup mix, flour and wine.
  • 3 top with cheese and cover.
  • 4 bake at 400°f for 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and cheese is bubbly.
