Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled and finely diced
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together into a small bowl.
- 2 let stand in refrigerator 4 hours, or overnight for flavors to mix.
- 3 to prevent avocado from browning, cover with plastic wrap directly touching salsa.
