Curry Chicken Salad

Total Time: 4 hrs 50 mins Preparation Time: 4 hrs 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups boiled and cubed chicken
  • 3/4 cup italian dressing
  • 2 cups thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits
  • 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 boil and cube chicken breasts.
  • 2 put cooked, cubed chicken in a large bowl and toss with italian dressing.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, but no more than one day.
  • 4 mix in celery, pineapple, and grapes.
  • 5 in separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and curry. blend well.
  • 6 add to chicken mixture and stir to blend well.
  • 7 serve immediately or you can cover and refrigerate until you're ready.
