Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients

- 4 cups boiled and cubed chicken
- 3/4 cup italian dressing
- 2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 boil and cube chicken breasts.
- 2 put cooked, cubed chicken in a large bowl and toss with italian dressing.
- 3 cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, but no more than one day.
- 4 mix in celery, pineapple, and grapes.
- 5 in separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and curry. blend well.
- 6 add to chicken mixture and stir to blend well.
- 7 serve immediately or you can cover and refrigerate until you're ready.
