Dijon Cheese Pie

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • enough dijon mustard, to spread generously in the pie crust
  • 1 bag of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced thinly
  • italian spices (basil, oregeno, and parsley)
  • salt & fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 generously spread the dijon mustard over inside of pie crust.
  • 2 pour in the bag of cheese.
  • 3 arrange the tomatoes on top of cheese in a circular pattern.
  • 4 sprinkle with the seasonings.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
  • 6 the outside of the crust should be brown.
  • 7 let stand 10 minutes!
  • 8 hint.
  • 9 slice through the tomatoes before baking in the number of slices you would like for the pie.
