Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon italian salad dressing, dry mix
Recipe
- 1 place milk and cottage cheese into blender container.
- 2 cover and process on blend until smooth. remove feeder cap and add dry salad dressing mix, continue to process until smooth.
- 3 serve with raw vegetable dippers.
