Chili Spaghetti

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • hot cooked spaghetti
  • shredded cheddar cheese, for, topping

Recipe

  • 1 in large saucepan on med heat, cook and crumble ground beef.
  • 2 add green pepper, onion, chili powder, and garlic.
  • 3 add soup, kidney beans, vinegar and cinnamon.
  • 4 heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  • 5 serve over spaghetti, sprinkle with cheese.
