Cherry-balsamic Glazed Chicken Breasts

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 3/4 cup cherry preserves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon italian spices
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat grill.
  • 2 in a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot.
  • 3 add the shallots and saute until softened- about 3-4 minutes.
  • 4 add the cherry preserves, balsamic vinegar, italian seasonings, and the pepper.

  • 8 lightly season chicken breasts with salt.
