Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
- 4 peeled apples (gala or fuji)
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup gourmet garlic mustard
- 1 bunch italian parsley
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook chicken.
- 2 chop coarsely.
- 3 wash all fruits and vegetables.
- 4 chop them all coarsely.
- 5 put all ingredients in a large pyrex bowl.
- 6 toss ingredients with mustard and mayonnaise.
