Dinosaur Bbq Mojito Chicken

- 1/4 cup chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 8 pieces chicken
- 1 large onion, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons fresh italian parsley, chopped

- 1 to make the marinade:.
- 2 mix the garlic, onions, orange and lime juices in a bowl.
- 3 heat the olive oil in a large saucepan until just smoking.
