Crockpot Swiss Steak

Total Time: 8 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs beef eye round
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon meat tenderizer
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) package egg noodles

Recipe

  • 1 take the steak and sprinkle the tenderizer on it and beat with a meat tenderizer.
  • 2 cut meat into 1in cubes.
  • 3 mix meat, sauce, tomaties, green pepper, onion, italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt & pepper in crock pot.
  • 4 set on low for 8-9hrs or high for 4-5hrs.
  • 5 serve over egg noodles.
