Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs beef eye round
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 4 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon meat tenderizer
- salt & pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) package egg noodles
Recipe
- 1 take the steak and sprinkle the tenderizer on it and beat with a meat tenderizer.
- 2 cut meat into 1in cubes.
- 3 mix meat, sauce, tomaties, green pepper, onion, italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt & pepper in crock pot.
- 4 set on low for 8-9hrs or high for 4-5hrs.
- 5 serve over egg noodles.
