Curried Rice Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 6 green onions
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 medium red peppers, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine dressing curry powder and salt.
  • 2 combine the rest of the ingredients in separate bowl.
  • 3 add dressing and toss.
  • 4 cover and chill at least 2 hours.
