Chicken With Tomatoes And Wine

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes, chopped into chunks
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion, garlic and pepper.
  • 2 season chicken (parsley, oregano, thyme, adobo, olive oil, whatever way you like).
  • 3 add chicken, tomatoes, and wine.
  • 4 cook on medium-low flame, covered, for about 20 minutes or until inside of chicken is no longer pink.
  • 5 serving suggestion is rice.
