Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 beefsteak tomatoes, chopped into chunks
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup red wine
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute onion, garlic and pepper.
- 2 season chicken (parsley, oregano, thyme, adobo, olive oil, whatever way you like).
- 3 add chicken, tomatoes, and wine.
- 4 cook on medium-low flame, covered, for about 20 minutes or until inside of chicken is no longer pink.
- 5 serving suggestion is rice.
