Chicken And Rotini Primavera

Ingredients

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 lb frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 4 ounces light cream cheese
- 1/2 cup light italian dressing
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- garlic powder (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
- 2 heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat. add chicken and sprinkle with a few shakes of garlic powder and cook until no longer pink.
- 3 combine cream cheese, dressing and milk in separate small sauce pan. heat on low to medium-low and whisk until smooth.
- 4 add cream cheese mixture to chicken and vegetables. stir well and heat through (about 5 minutes). serve over pasta.
