Easy Ravioli

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs sweet italian sausage
  • 1 (3 ounce) package wonton wrappers (im not sure of the size of pkg but it made me put it in so its just the normal size found in the pro)
  • 20 ounces spaghetti sauce (i used 2 jars cause i like alot of sauce)
  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 cook sausage in frying pan till done and crumbled (i used my little chopper to really crumble it after i cooked it); drain off fat.
  • 2 place a teaspoon of sausage in a wonton wrapper and sprinkle with the monterey jack cheese, then cover with another wonton wrap making a pocket kinda enclosing the sausage and cheese (i wet my hands slightly and that helped to seal the wontons).
  • 3 place raviolis in a large casserole dish and cover with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  • 4 bake at 300° f for about an hour or until hot and the mozzarella cheese is starting to brown on top.
