Easy French

Total Time: 3 hrs 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons fast rise yeast or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 load ingredients into your machine in the order given.
  • 2 reset the machine after the first knead for the crispy crust of french bread.
  • 3 bake using the regular or rapid bake cycle.
