Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons fast rise yeast or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Recipe
- 1 load ingredients into your machine in the order given.
- 2 reset the machine after the first knead for the crispy crust of french bread.
- 3 bake using the regular or rapid bake cycle.
