Crock Pot Meatball Cassoulet

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 12 ounces frozen meatballs, italian style, thawed
  • 8 ounces smoked sausage or 8 ounces kielbasa, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbles
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in crock pot.
  • 2 cook on lo 8 to 9 hours.
