Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 12 ounces frozen meatballs, italian style, thawed
- 8 ounces smoked sausage or 8 ounces kielbasa, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbles
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in crock pot.
- 2 cook on lo 8 to 9 hours.
