Cajun Corn

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 cups frozen corn, defrosted
- 5 teaspoons creole seasoning
- salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons italian parsley, chopped (fresh)
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
- 2 when the butter has stopped foaming, add the garlic and sauté until golden, about 3 minutes.
- 3 add the corn to the sauce pan and mix well.
- 4 add the creole seasoning and season with salt to taste.
- 5 cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes to allow the corn to heat through.
- 6 remove the sauce pan from the heat and stir in the parsley.
- 7 serve immediately.
