Cajun Corn

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 cups frozen corn, defrosted
  • 5 teaspoons creole seasoning
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons italian parsley, chopped (fresh)

Recipe

  • 1 melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
  • 2 when the butter has stopped foaming, add the garlic and sauté until golden, about 3 minutes.
  • 3 add the corn to the sauce pan and mix well.
  • 4 add the creole seasoning and season with salt to taste.
  • 5 cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes to allow the corn to heat through.
  • 6 remove the sauce pan from the heat and stir in the parsley.
  • 7 serve immediately.
