Dill Pesto

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups packed fresh dill leaves
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh flat-leaf parsley (italian)
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts or 2 tablespoons pistachios or 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender or food processor, place the dill, parsley, nuts, and garlic.
  • 2 whirl until finely minced.
  • 3 add the oil and cheese, and process until blended.
  • 4 transfer to a small bowl, cover and chill.
