Dairy Free Alfredo

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/4 cups soymilk or 2 1/4 cups rice milk
  • 3 tablespoons thyme
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil on low to medium heat in saucepan.
  • 2 add flour and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk until smooth.
  • 3 continue to stir, add the soy or ricemilk and thyme and italian seasoning and bring to a simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • 4 salt and pepper to taste.
