Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/4 cups soymilk or 2 1/4 cups rice milk
- 3 tablespoons thyme
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil on low to medium heat in saucepan.
- 2 add flour and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk until smooth.
- 3 continue to stir, add the soy or ricemilk and thyme and italian seasoning and bring to a simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
