Ingredients

- 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 (20 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 3 cups zucchini, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, shredded
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 cook, on low heat, all ingredients for 2 hours.
- 2 serve over pasta.
- 3 top with fresh parmesan.
