- 3 -4 lbs sirloin tip roast
- 8 ounces pepperoncini peppers, whole jar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon accent seasoning
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into crock pot.
- 2 cook on low for 8 hours or more.
- 3 break up meat and serve on deli rolls.
