Country Dijon Sausage Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb italian sausage, sweet
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, crushed
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 5 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 1/2 cup country-style dijon mustard
  • 2 (9 inch) pie crusts, prepared
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet, cook sausage, onion and garlic until sausage is crumbly.
  • 2 drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.
