Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 italian sausages, casings removed
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, chopped fine
- 8 ounces chicken broth
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomato puree or 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes, pureed in blender
- 1 cup wine (red or , whichever you prefer)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons milk
Recipe
- 1 place meat, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic in pan over medium heat, and cook until meat is no longer raw, but don't brown it.
- 2 drain off fat, and add milk.
- 3 boil until liquid is gone, about ten minutes.
