Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 (2/3 ounce) envelope italian salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 lbs chicken (boneless, skinless)
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese
Recipe
- 1 turn slow cooker on high. melt butter in slow cooker. stir in italian dressing mix.
- 2 cut chicken into 1 inch strips and place in slow cooker. stir to coat. cover and cook on high for 2 hours. remove to plate to cool.
- 3 add cream of chicken soup and cream cheese to slow cooker. stir to melt and mix until smooth and creamy.
- 4 remove sauce from slow cooker and allow to cool. place chicken and sauce into freezer bags. label and freeze.
- 5 to serve: thaw. heat and stir until smooth, hot and bubbly.
