Cream Cheese Chicken

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (2/3 ounce) envelope italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 lbs chicken (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Recipe

  • 1 turn slow cooker on high. melt butter in slow cooker. stir in italian dressing mix.
  • 2 cut chicken into 1 inch strips and place in slow cooker. stir to coat. cover and cook on high for 2 hours. remove to plate to cool.
  • 3 add cream of chicken soup and cream cheese to slow cooker. stir to melt and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • 4 remove sauce from slow cooker and allow to cool. place chicken and sauce into freezer bags. label and freeze.
  • 5 to serve: thaw. heat and stir until smooth, hot and bubbly.
