Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, drained
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans shoe string corn, drained
  • 2 jalapeno chiles, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2/3 cup wishbone robust italian dressing
  • 2/3 cup zesty french dressing

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients. cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
