- 2 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans shoe string corn, drained
- 2 jalapeno chiles, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2/3 cup wishbone robust italian dressing
- 2/3 cup zesty french dressing

- 1 mix all ingredients. cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
