Chicken Carbonara

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 300 g chicken
- 500 g fettuccine or 500 g spaghetti
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- bacon, chopped (optional)
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- parsley, finely chopped
- parmesan cheese, extra
Recipe
- 1 fill a large saucepan with water and place on heat.
- 2 once water is boiling add a pinch of salt, pasta and cook according to packet instructions until aldente.
- 3 drain well under hot water.
- 4 heat a medium saucepan over heat.
- 5 cook bacon until crisp.
- 6 drain on paper towels.
- 7 cook chicken over a medium heat until golden brown.
- 8 place bacon back in with chicken.
- 9 add tin of soup and half a tin of water to chicken.
- 10 simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- 11 to serve, place pasta onto serving plates.
- 12 top with chicken mixture, parsley and the extra parmesan cheese.
- 13 enjoy.
