Easy Weeknight Lasagna- The Best!

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (16 ounce) box lasagna noodles (barilla no boil sheets)
- 3 cups ricotta cheese (depending on how heavy you like it)
- 1 cup shredded parmigiano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce (1 jar)
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
- 2 add garlic.
- 3 add ground beef and italian seasoning.
- 4 cook until browned and crumbly.
- 5 add sauce to skillet, mix with beef and continue cooking until combined.
- 6 in a mixing bowl- mix ricotta cheese and parmigiana cheese- set aside.
- 7 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 8 grease a 9 x 9 square pan ( or what ever you have).
- 9 spread layer of meat sauce on bottom.
- 10 next layer of barilla lasagna sheets- single layer.
- 11 next layer meat sauce.
- 12 next layer of ricotta cheese mix.
- 13 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- 14 repeat until all used up making top layer mozzarella cheese.
- 15 cover with aluminum foil( do not forget to cover).
- 16 cook for 30 minutes.
- 17 uncover and cook for 10 minutes more until bubbly.
