Cannoli Pie

Ingredients

• 4 egg whites
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
• 1/4 cup mini chocolate chip
• 1 graham cracker pie crust or 1 oreo cookie pie crust

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 in an electric mixer with whisk attachment, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
• 3 fold in powdered sugar, ricotta, and chocolate chips until combined.
• 4 spoon into crust.
• 5 bake until top is golden brown and filling is set, about 40-45 minutes.
• 6 cool and refridgerate until ready to serve.
