Ingredients

- 5 lbs chicken breasts
- 2 quarts water
- 3 parsley sprigs
- 1 large onion, quarterd
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup bottled italian dressing
- 1 cup duke's mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash paprika
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe

- 2 in a large pot, bring water and seasonings to a boil. add chicken, lower heat and simmer for 40 minutes remove from heat, cool. shred chicken and refrigerate.
