Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
Recipe
- cut up the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
- heat pan to medium heat and add olive oil.
- fry chicken until golden brown.
- reduce heat to low and add garlic cloves, rosemary, salt and pepper, and red wine vinegar.
- cook on low for 15-20 minutes.
