Chicken Potacchio

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2-3
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 6 garlic cloves, peeled
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

Recipe

  • cut up the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
  • heat pan to medium heat and add olive oil.
  • fry chicken until golden brown.
  • reduce heat to low and add garlic cloves, rosemary, salt and pepper, and red wine vinegar.
  • cook on low for 15-20 minutes.
