Crock-pot Chicken - (with Variations)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup water or 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 -6 pieces cut up chicken (fresh or frozen)
Recipe
- 1 place 1/2 cup water in bottom of crockpot and then place the chicken in the crockpot.
- 2 mix everything up, pour over the chicken and cook high 3-4 hours or 6-10 hours on low.
- 3 variations: next pick one of these to top the chicken.
- 4 1 cup salsa and 1 cup sour cream.
- 5 4oz can chili verdi (green chilis).
- 6 1 chopped onion, three chopped tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons curry powder.
- 7 1/2 jar sugar free apricot jam (6oz) and red peper flakes to taste (i use 1/2 tsp).
- 8 10oz can cream of celery soup, 1 tsp italian seasoning and 1/2 bag baby carrots.
- 9 1 jar alfredo sauce, 4 chopped green onions and 1/2 cup parm cheese at end when served.
- 10 1 jar spaghetti sauce, 1 cup shredded cheese 1/2 cup parm cheese at end when served.
- 11 15oz cranberry sauce (1 can) and one chopped onion.
- 12 15oz refried beans (1 can) and 1/2 jar salsa.
