Crockette Italian Pot Roast

Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- salt and pepper
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package spaghetti sauce mix (use only 1/2 of package)
- 1 fresh tomato, chopped
- freshly cooked spaghetti
Recipe
- 1 a four-pound roast may be cut in half; wrap half in foil and freeze for later use.
- 2 sprinkle remaining half with salt and pepper and then with the dry spaghetti seasoning mix. place in crockette. top with chopped tomatoes. cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
- 3 slice and serve on hot spaghetti; spoon sauce over all.
