Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb carrot
- 1/4 cup minced carrot, tops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or butter)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice carrot in to rounds.
- 2 steam carrots till tender.
- 3 while steaming, mince garlic and tops.
- 4 sauté tops and garlic in oil
- 5 add carrots to tops sauté, season with salt and pepper.
