Easy Vegetable Toss

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 lb broccoli floret
  • 1 lb cauliflower floret
  • 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 large red pepper, cut into 1/2 -inch strips
  • 1/2 cup zesty italian dressing
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 add broccoli, califlower and beans to a saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 minutes or until vegetables are bright in colour and crisp-tender. (do not overcook). drain immediately; rinse with very cold water. drain well. place in a large serving bowl.
  • 2 add peppers, dressing and cheese; toss to coat.
