Ingredients

- 1 lb broccoli floret
- 1 lb cauliflower floret
- 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 large red pepper, cut into 1/2 -inch strips
- 1/2 cup zesty italian dressing
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 add broccoli, califlower and beans to a saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 minutes or until vegetables are bright in colour and crisp-tender. (do not overcook). drain immediately; rinse with very cold water. drain well. place in a large serving bowl.
- 2 add peppers, dressing and cheese; toss to coat.
