Delicious Slow Cooker Broccoli Soup

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of broccoli soup
  • 2 (12 ounce) bags frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup instant minced onion
  • 2 (10 ounce) soup cans milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/4 lbs cheddar cheese or 1 1/4 lbs monterey jack cheese, finely shredded
  • 1 (14 ounce) can vegetable broth

Recipe

  • 1 combine 'cream of' soups, milk and seasonings in the slow cooker; stir well and cover; cook on high 1-1/2 hours; remove lid and stir well again; add the frozen broccoli and cheese; stir really well (it'll be thick); cover and cook on low for 2 hours; remove lid, add vegetable broth and stir well again; cover and cook on low until ready to serve.
