Chicken Rigatoni

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta (cooked to package directions)
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chicken breasts
  • 16 ounces italian sausage spaghetti sauce (hunt's)
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)

Recipe

  • 1 combine cooked pasta, chicken, cheddar/jack and spaghetti sauce and pour into an 9x13 glass baking dish (hint: spray dish with olive oil to keep from sticking). top with mozzarella and parmesaen. bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes (or until cheese is brown and bubbly).
