Cheesy Stuffed Italian Shells

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (12 ounce) box jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 for sauce:.
  • 2 cook ground sausage until done.
  • 3 mix all the ingredients together and simmer for 2 hours.

  • 11 pour remaining sauce over the shells.
  • 12 bake at 350f for 30 minutes.
